After the success of the Fr More Teachers' Awards in 2007, we want to do it again in 2008, with announcements planned for 20 July 2008. But we need your inputs before 10 February, so hurry! Here are the details.
Best Teacher Awards 2008

Budget: Rs 51,000. (Funded by direct pledges from Javed & Pervez Bari).

Project Brief: To award prizes to the top-performers among teachers at Campion Bhopal to encourage excellence and commitment to students' learning.
Milestones: Awards on 20 July, 2008 at event in Bhopal.

We do not have any formal organisation to raise funds or coordinate initiatives in memory of Fr. More. However, we are happy to publich your ideas and promote projects via this site and a newsletter sent to those who register here.
You will need to raise funds in a private capacity and be accountable to your donors for the achievement of proposed outcomes. We do not vouch for and will not be held accountable for, any initiative published here. All activities will be conducted on a 'best effort' basis and you should verify the bona fides of any person seeking your support or donation for any project.

Project Brief: To publish an email newsletter for supporters and well-wishers of the Father More Foundation to secure support for initiatives and communicate 'the spirit of Father More'.
Milestones: Published two newsletters (Nov 07, Jan 08) to date. Sent to 148 people.

Project Brief: To publish a website to commemorate the Tributes to Father More and communicate the objectives and works of the Father More Foundation to a worldwide audience to secure support for initiatives.
Milestones: Launched on 20 July, 2007 at event in Bhopal. Over 2,000 visits by Jan 08.
Status: Launched and ongoing.

Centenary Tribute Publication

Project Brief: To publish a memorial tribute to Father More, in print and in electronic form, that commemorates his 100th Birth Anniversary and brings together contributions from alumni and teachers who knew him at Campion Bhopal.
